Tracy Sanders Rucker, Esq.

Tracy Sanders, Esq. is an accomplished attorney, author, and speaker in Los Angeles. Tracy Sanders Rucker, Esq., is a national continuing legal education (CLE) faculty and business law consultant focusing on labor and employment law, immigration law, and corporate compliance. As Founder of Natural Hair and the Law, she develops and delivers courses addressing employment discrimination, workforce development, and post diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) legislation audits. Her work bridges legal advocacy and employment practice, helping employers and counsel align business operations with civil rights and professional standards. Ms. Sanders has been honored with several prestigious awards. She received the United States Congresswoman/California Senator Sydney Kamlager Sister Circle Award and a Certificate of Special Recognition from United States Congresswoman/Mayor of Los Angeles Karen Bass for her outstanding community service. Ms. Sanders received the Netflix Business Award, Ebay Up & Running California Program, and Comerica Bank Los Angeles Lakers Women’s Business Award. Ms. Sanders has been a featured speaker at Yale University, LA Law Library, Corporate Counsel Women of Color Conference, Arizona State University College of Law, Loyola Law School, Thurgood Marshall School of Law, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Leadership Seminar. Ms. Sanders appeared on TV networks such as ABC, CNBC, FOX, MSNBC, TLC, and WE. She hosted a podcast, Legal Talk With Tracy Sanders. Ms. Sanders earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of South Carolina, Master of Public Administration at the University of South Carolina, Juris Doctorate at Syracuse University College of Law, and Women's Entrepreneurship Certificate at Cornell University. Ms. Sanders joined the American Bar Association, American Society for Public Administration, and Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. She established the Attorney Tracy Sanders Foundation to help youths achieve their education and career goals.
