David Roe practices in the area of business liability analysis, liability insurance coverage, casualty and commercial disputes. David’s practice includes litigating business issues, insurance coverage issues including automobile, general liability, environmental and toxic tort coverage. He has represented business and insurance clients across the United States ranging from Internet start-up companies to Fortune 500 corporations. David was graduated cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law-DCL. He received a Masters in Business Administration concentrating in Finance awarded with distinction. Previously, he practiced insurance coverage law as a partner with a large Chicago Loop firm. David served as Editor of The Policy, the Illinois State Bar Association’s publication on insurance law for many years. He has authored a variety of law journal articles and served as a presenter at several PLRB/LIRB Claims Conference & Insurance Services Expos and has presented numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars for ApexCLE, the Illinois State Bar Association, and others. He is licensed in Illinois and Michigan, admitted in the U.S. Supreme Court and a member of the Michigan Bar Association.
