Description

The course will be designed to introduce attorneys to Employment Law at both the State and Federal Administrative levels. The teaching will expose each attorney to both the Complainant/Plaintiff side and to the Respondent/Defendant side of the "Charge of Discrimination". First steps will be thoroughly covered and each stage of proceedings will be thoroughly covered. Skills gained will be the ability to competently legally represent either an aggrieved employee or to defend an employer in this area of law practice.
