This course will cover the most important copyright law, trade secret, developments under U.S. law. The discussion will include in particular statutes and judicial decisions within the past twelve months. This course will prepare the learner for advising their clients and practitioners so they do not (i) miss non-extendable deadlines and/or invest in applications for subject matters which are not eligible for the protection requested.
