Seminar Topic: This material provides an in-depth examination of the skill set necessary to recognize, understand and reduce bias in the legal workplace. The seminar will assist legal professionals with the identification of implicit and unconscious bias in the workplace and provide them with the skills to apply the lessons of the course to their own professional situations.
