This course provides a fundamental overview of the process and procedure of driver's license suspension and revocation due to a DUI conviction or substance abuse and the process for reinstatement of a driver's license following license revocation. This course provides practical guidance and a discussion on best practices regarding completion of education and treatment for alcohol abuse as well as the Illinois Secretary of State hearing process to reinstate a driver's license. This course provides a base of skills, knowledge and perspectives regarding administrative hearings, license reinstatement and substance abuse treatment.
